If there is one thing that Moscow might be best known for, it is for its abundance of breathtaking and magnificent churches all throughout as far as the eye can see. Every block, every street, every district - there are churches to serve the people and this adds up hundreds if not thousands of them. Each one an architectural masterpiece. The level of upkeep, care, and restoration performed on each of these treasures is very noteworthy, as most are several hundred years old but still shine if they were brand new.
