Here's a nighttime photo of the Russian FSB Federal Security Service Headquarters (the successor agency to the infamous KGB - who were housed in the same building)... The FSB is involved in counter-intelligence, internal and border security, counter-terrorism, and surveillance. A link with some more info on this agency:
